Join us for the first annual Hamptons Sweat, a one-of-a-kind wellness and fitness experience curated by Hamptons Magazine. The day begins with a restorative sound bath presented by Shou Sugi Ban House, followed by an immersive lineup of fitness classes led by the East End’s most influential wellness leaders and trainers.
Throughout the day, guests will move, sweat, and connect with the community while participating in dynamic workouts designed to energize and inspire.
Instructors & Schedule:
- 7:30 AM – Restorative Sound Bath by Shou Sugi Ban House
- 8:00 AM – Heather Andersen, Founder of NY Pilates – teaching Mat Pilates
- 9:00 AM – Walter Savage, Co-Founder of Post House Sag Harbor – teaching Savage Body
- 10:00 AM – Waz Ashayer, BODi Super Trainer (P90X) & Equinox Hamptons Group Fitness Manager – teaching a body weight athletic conditioning
- 11:00 PM – Brooke Burnside, Founder of Barnyard Fitness – teaching Barn Sculpt
Classes are 50 minutes and entry to the Restorative Sound Bath by Shou Sugi Ban House is included with ticket purchase.
100% of ticket proceeds will benefit the Southampton Hospital Foundation.
